come to taste a friend's cuisine, we were all surprised at the quality of food and preparations. a kitchen mixing between a beet sorbet in the entrance, a flat-mint risotto followed by a white chocolate sphere emulsion of raspberry in dessert. the chief was at the appointment! to redo!
we stayed here prior to holding a client lunch for 17 the following day. we stayed in the Hugo room which was very nice and we had a lovely meal in the dining room.
As every year, it is a magical moment that we will renew next year with great pleasure. We have the time of an evening the feeling of living in another era.
a table to be remembered, with the service that accompanies with dignity. The estate extends with a beautiful park in which the walker ventured.
