the restaurant is located outside the city center at the river. the position is quite pleasant due to the seclusion. it also offers an outdoor terrace at the river. eating is very good, it offers a great selection of traditional German cuisine. when selecting the size of the portion, you have to be careful, because I couldn't finish the "small dishes".
a very warm and welcoming place. the service was friendly. the main menu was available in English, but a la carte was not. eating was very high standard - well presented and very well prepared. I'm sure I'll come back when I'm in hildesheim.
