this is one of our favorite places in bellingham for breakfast. the menu offers many options that I often choose an omelette (the tomato, feta, mushroom, and spinat omelette is a favorit,) and the cookies and gravy are excellent. service is usually good, there is a combination of stand and tables and chairs to choose. on the walls there is art of local artists and it has a traditional diner atmosphere. family members visiting from the state always ask to go diamond jim’s on there annual visits, and we are happy to commit.
