Today in a nutshell: Supercharming location, extremely pleasant service. Small cards usually only promise good things. But unfortunately that was only true to a limited extent today. But first things first: Avocado sashimi great. finest vinaigrette with refined tangerine acid, fattest avocado. Nothing is missing. Salmon trout with cauliflower rice. everything is fine. Brown butter rocks. But unfortunately my Giesing ramen was a total failure. Zero taste in the soup. Way too much parsley on top (also not necessarily a flavor carrier insert zero roasted aromas and the poor salmon in the soup unfortunately all the controls are set to neutral in terms of taste. To be honest, I was so irritated that I'm almost certain something went wrong in the kitchen today. Well, the plum nougat dessert today had more vanilla cinnamon in terms of dominant flavors, but the taste was still on point. I'll come back, but I'll definitely give the soup a wide berth. ;
