Del Arte - Table reservation

For a long time at this restaurant, it's been three times since we're disappointed. It seems to coincide with enlargement. I think there's a serious shortage of kitchen staff. We loved to go eat a good pizza fast enough and there, now we wait, we wait!... yesterday evening, my husband had his dish of pasta (after a long wait), he had the time to eat them, see to digest them when finally my pizza arrived, almost cold, all dry, short, much less good than usual. I suggest creating another kitchen pole, only for the pizza to take away because this service seriously interferes with the dining room. In short, we who liked to go so much, I think we're gonna take a break and try all the other restaurants that opened up on bourgoin recently. Too bad because the team is always so friendly. I hope that the management will have other negative ups and that one action will be carried out so that again we would be happy to go for a good pizza or anything else because everything is good and desserts are also excellent.

Hello, we (5) were here today. as usual in France we were led to a table, but it did not like because the ac blown cold air to our table. not nice at -1 outside. we have ordered our meals. they all have except my wife. first info in 5 minutes, after 10 minutes the next question, another 3 he said. Together 20 minutes we gave up. but the children had to get their dessert (comes with the menu). we actually wanted to order something sweet so that my wife would get something to eat. they brought us the card, but not back for the order. no coffee, of course. we went and complained, but the only comment was: well, you had not to pay for the pizza anyway. that was it, thank you!

The dishes are good, but the staff and the disastrous service, preferring to talk about their series rather than asking if we want dessert. The smile is to see again, even to learn. The coupons are strictly useless.
