We stopped on our way to Montreux, wanting to eat something typical from Switzerland and/or the Lake Geneva region. I had the filets de perche, filet of fish from the Lake Geneva (or perhaps from Estonia, you never know, when they don't have enough in the area, they import...), which was very good. My wife and daughter had the fondue "a la tomate", cheese fondue with a coulis of tomato which actually gives this dish a slightly different and somewhat unusual, but really good taste. Couldn't resist trying myself as well. Was served with both potatoes and bread, which is also typical. Service was more efficient than friendly, but at least she got things done right. Overall, recommended for a lunch on the way.
