Ambiance Its a small and well lit location, roughly about 8 tables. I went during the evening on a Tuesday. It looks like they were doing more Togo orders so it wasn 't busy and I was seated right away. Food I 've been feeling lately to try lighter broths so I ordered the 'Old School ' which was shoyu based. My mouth was watering a bit just thinking of having ramen on a cold evening. First, the soup came out hot which was nice and the taste is what you expect from a shoyu based. I was hoping for more flavor that made it distinct. The noodles weren 't my fav but personally, that 's due to the texture. It felt more like the Chinese egg noodles. I enjoyed their chashu pork, nice grilled and had a sweet glaze taste to it. Service My server was nice and attentive, nothing to complain about! Overall, experience was good and if you needed a quick ramen fix in the area, I would recommend. I 'll have to try the tonkatsu next time!
