Using the TripAdvisor nearby search we actually were headed to a different cafe for dinner. When we got there it was closed, but we had walked past this place on the way, so we turned around and returned to Eduard. It's a cute little suburban cafe on a triangle of land at the roundabout intersection of 6 small streets. It has an outdoor area under a large tree, and an indoor area for when it gets wet and cold. We sat outside on this balmy night. The menu was more pub style, and offered a few main type dishes along with some burger options, salads, soups and smaller starter type dishes. We ordered the antipasti platter and the roast pork with dumplings and sourkraut. While we waited we sipped one of the best mojitos of our trip !!! Also had a Slovakian apple cider. The antipasti platter was quite large, and contained the usual suspects - roasted capsicum, egg plant, zucchini, cheese, thin sliced meats, greens, olives. All very tasty. It came with some toasted pita bread. Yum.The roast pork (2 thick slices in gravy) was also tasty, and the large bread based dumpling was very filling. I even liked the sourkraut.A great find, especially the mojito. If you want to feel like a local, try and visit Das Eduard.
