I'm a sucker for Greek food, but was worried because everything I saw on their IG side was pictures of American food. So I sent a message asking if they were Greek food to which they answered yes... good Greek food. So I went with him to check it, especially as it was so close to home. It's a sweet restaurant, very diner-ish, but clean and they offer outdoor seats, although I'm not sure I want to eat on Chi Avenue lol. I have the sampler board with hummus (homemade with texture), tzatziki (homemade), spanakopita (not safe but tasty) and much warm Pita. He wasn't interested, so I had a lot for lunch the next day. For Entrees I got the chicken sauce in a pita that was excellent. Many lemon and oregano with salad, tomatoes and tzatziki. I didn't get all the French fries from it and pick them up. He has spaghetti and meatballs. We went to a Greek place and he got Sketti. In all fairness, ot was good... Meatballs were definitely homemade like the sauce. Unfortunately, the spaghetti was watered, but he didn't disturb him. I ordered a piece of Baklava to go before I realized they had Yiaourtopita. The service was good and the waitress sweet when a little wifty lol. I think it was about $35 with top that's great. We definitely go back because I have to try her moussaka!
