Do not read the misleading reviews of this place. By far the best Chinese takeout experience I?ve ever had. The fact that we waited 45 minutes to eat our meal when we arrived home and the food was still fresh, told me everything I needed to know. This place takes immense pride in the freshness of their ingredients and as someone who has a high standard for food I could not appreciate that enough. This is my first time in the Bay Area and quite frankly for the price, authenticity, and overall food experience nothing came close to this place. THE MACHURIAN 911 CHICKEN IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST!

The one of the best of the best Chinese cuisine in the heart of Palo Alto. I loved the old authentic taste of Chinese food here, the spices they used and the sauce they used to prepare it give you finger licking good taste and makes you to come over and over here. That's the reason my mom is dying fan of only this restaurant and never eat from other Chinese restaurant!!! Customer service is very good, very friendly and fast with the service typically 10 15 mins for waiting services to dine in. They have Chinese beer ? good taste, loved all the cold appetizers here...

Great food. Liked the flavor and texture. We ordered shredded potatoes, eggplant and spicy fish fillet. Really like the sauce of spicy fish. Shredded potatoes were light and crunchy like a less starchy potato salad. Eggplant was okay... little sweet for my taste .

Machurian Chicken and combination Chow mine was our favorite in the years. This time the taste is very different by losing the authentic taste. Did they change the cook?

Very good, authentic Chinese food! Walnut boars, orange peel beef and shredded pork in garlic sauce were all well prepared for a new takeout order.
