Was looking for a pizza place this evening and stumbled onto crust. The menu sounded amazing and there were lovely smells coming from the kitchen. I chose the Vietnamese Chilli Chicken. It read as Marinated Chicken Breast Fillets, shallots on a tomato hoisin, sweet chilli and garlic base garnished with slaw, fresh coriander, chilli and coriander aioli. Sounded amazing. I paid $18 for what they call a medium pizza and I call it a small pizza. When I opened the box I was lost for words. Every component of that pizza was skimped on and I mean everything. I could see where they were going with the flavours and if they'd put more topping on it would have been great. Don't waste your money. I've attached a photo of our pizza

After seeing an advertisement while taking in a movie we opted to try their traditional pizza ...a Margherita ...which traditionally should be mozzarella... real tomato (slices) ...and preferably real basil. We were underwhelmed to discover on opening our "gourmet treat" at home that it was a shadow of a margherita! yes it did have mozzarella but on a tomato paste base (a no no ) and then sprinkled with ? not basil ...but oregano ...now I ask you ? Traditional? I don't think so !!

We've eaten here half a dozen times. The first couple of times the pizza was divine, but the latest visits have seen a decline in pizza toppings and they just aren't as good as they were when they started. Such a shame as we were looking forward to a great pizza on a regular basis.

It's not hard to make a decent pizza, but despite this, Crust who claim to be gourmet are little better than your 6.95 eagle boys. Disappointed by both the presentation and quality, we won't bother again.
