This shop gives a masterclass in how not to wait on customers. There were five people making cookies or shovelling cookies into (eco unfriendly) boxes, and yet it's a ten minute wait. No one was in charge, or trying to be. Absurd.The cookie I had was so gross weird chemical taste, not really baked, not really a cookie. More like an antibiotic flavored pile of sand, for five bucks.
Cookies are really good. They are big, so you will have to share them for sure! Store was really clean and smelled amazing.
Crumbl brings new cookie flavors every week and they get very creative!! I love Crumbl so much!
