5 times in a row I've gone to croxlys on a UFC night and have had the worst experience. I like this place because the food is actually really good. I waited for two hours for a table and the host standing at the front is watching the football game with 7 empty tables behind him and lots of hungry people standing around. I stood around for so long I asked one of the waitresses to seat us after waiting for so long and guess what we got a seat in 5 minutes. I watched a empty table of 8 for almost 4 hours but no one sat there because it was for big parties only according to the host at the front. I offered to share a table with people and I was told no. Croxlys get your stuff together if there's empty tables people should be seated quickly and the guy at the front is absolutely useless. Replace him with someone who can pay attention.
I was so bummed when the Williamsburg location closed and I didn’t think this location would have the same food quality but the menu and food were EXACTLY the same , it may be a drive from Brooklyn but it’s certainly worth it. Best wings and cheesy tator tots in NYC! Oh and Long Island iced teasss super smooth but 1 and I’m done
Food was absolute trash! Ordered from here in past, food USED to be good but, just keeps falling off a cliff year after year. Ordered the fish and chips and onion rings off Uber, it got here cold and tasted like they took box and fish and fries all the way in the back of freezer and threw them in fryer…nasty works
Fun sports pub atmosphere. Vast tap selections. The food was absolutely the worst. Everything was way over cooked to the point of not edible. Two dishes had to be sent back. The wings tasted like sauced up cardboard. DON'T GO FOR THE FOOD.
