On a very stress-filled, emotional day (this past Monday) I just wanted to get a good meal at Cracker Barrel. I went alone, and sat engulfed in the thoughts of the day, not very mindful of things happening around me. From the moment my server introduced herself, she made me fell like she knew I needed a bit of help focusing, and she patiently waited while I tried to order. She could somehow read my thoughts, and helped me get the words out. During my stay, she attended quickly to my every need, usually showing up before I could ask for her. She made me feel like I was her only customer, and she wanted to meet my every need. She had a wonderful demeanor in general, smiled the entire time she waited on me or passed by me, and would chat with me as time allowed, and I wound up feeling like I 'd made a new friend. The food was perfect that day, hot, fresh and very tasty. Coupled with such an excellent server, I really enjoyed my visit. It felt like coming home. I truly look forward to going back, and going back much sooner than I normally would. And I will be singing the praises of the Lagrange location, and definitely of my server, to anyone who 'll listen. It 's so hard these days to find great food at a great price, especially with exemplary service. My server was Terra . I think a raise is in order for this fine, young lady. Thank you for letting her shine in your establishment. She truly made my day.
I had a great experience when we visited Father's Day! It was at 12:30 and Terry C. was our server. He was very professional. The food was done and served us quickly and tasty! He ensured that our drinks were full all the time and that we were satisfied with everything we had ordered. It's been almost 6 years since I was eating in a cracker barrel and I'm wondering why it took me so long to return because the food was amazing!! I will definitely visit more often! Thanks for good service and great food!
The food was so good. I thought my grandmother was in the kitchen. laugh out loud. Austin was my waiter. He must be the best waiter in the team. He made me feel like I was a 5 star restorer with the red carpet.
Best Chicken Pot pie around. Wish it was more than Wednesday. Mary Ann our server was perfect.
