I was there Sunday morning for breakfast. I had a small issue as I ordered sausage patties. When I got my breakfast everything was good except my sausage patties. They were hard you could hardly stick a fork in them and one side was burnt. I told the waitress and she asked if I wanted more. I told her I was afraid to try the sausage again and asked if I could get bacon instead. She said no problem and walked away, a manager immediately delivered my bacon to my table and wanted to know if there was anything else she could get for me. I was very pleased with the way the manager handled the issue as well as the waitress. I'm so glad I finally found the Cracker Barrel here in St Charles, MO. I will be back there.

We had the meatloaf dinner and it was delicious, we had a really nice server and she was funny and really communicate with us very well. We went shopping afterwards and I bought a beautiful and a necklace with earrings and got lots of compliments on both.

We were there early and service was fast and friendly and very efficient. The food as always was delicious and servings plentiful. My only knock is the noise in the restaurant. The shopping in the front area is fun but some prices are out of line. 5 Stars

The parking lot is very big and level. Also close and convenient to the awsome small town of St. Charles that has good street parking and a huge parking lot at 'The Boat House L&C ' Museum.
