would recommend the food, ambience and premises/staff v highly. Our sore point was the comments/death stares from some obvious regulars who stated v loudly we were sat in their place, no reserved on table etc. We ordered five main meals and drinks, so maybe if much needed revenue is wanted in the hospitality trade (especially in January), tell the regulars to welcome infrequent visitors and not to glare at them throughout their meals.
