My wife and I used to love this place, and ate here almost weekly. Over the past year, however, both the service and food quality have declined precipitously. This morning we went in and—after seating ourselves because no waitstaff would acknowledge us—waited over ten minutes before getting a menu. It only went downhill from there. We were obliged to refill our own coffee multiple times. Our waitress responded “I don’t know” to any questions about the menu. Both our orders were wrong—repeatedly. The Mac n cheese (once we finally received it) tasted like someone had spilled soapy water in it. And when paying out, the cashier informed us after running our card that he had forgotten to add our drinks. He therefore handed us an additional $8 ticket for two coffees and an orange juice. We payed and left. We’ll never return.
this place used to eat a more reliable and tasty place, but after this last time we will not return and also not if they appreciate service and cleanliness. the restaurant had sticky dirty floors, flying were everywhere, and the doors/windows were grim and full of sticky hand-prints. they wonder what the kitchen looks like. I had to change my order also because of a misunderstanding (not a big thing), but as soon as I did, the waitress seemed to get an employment. my second plate came half cold and still wrong. Save your money!
if you want to cook real home, you are at the right place! tons of sorte, served breakfast every time of the day and only really good food! They make the best grilled leber onion I found in very long time. the personal is friendly, but only 4 stars, because it sometimes gets a bit warm, especially if it is a busy time of the day.
we went in, saw the sign to sit down. Mostly, all the tables were dirty. only two restaurants, so understandable, but unfortunately the new norm has become for many restaurants. eating was okay and the service was good. we wanted to try something new, but regret this decision soon after the arrival.
