I generally love Cote, which is always of a pretty good consistent standard. At Cote Marylebone the food was really tasty as usual, (beautifully cooked tuna! however it was let down by over casual staff, chatting to mates on the pavement whilst leaving customers waiting and not wiping tables before setting them etc, not being offered extra drinks, having to ask for side plates, no salt and pepper, not serving from correct side, which unfortunately didn’t give a great impression!
Three of us met together having not seen each other before lockdown. Very warm welcome and an extremely helpful guy, Luke changed us to a quieter table. We had a waitress who was pretty new and she was trying her hardest and all was well. The food is always a treat here, and we were left alone until we needed some and able to catch up. Would definitely recommend….thank you.
We are Cote regulars and this was a disappointing meal. Smaller portions and not as tasty and appealing as usual. Staff very helpful and friendly.
