Corsair Kitchen Bar

We had reservations and were seated right away. We opted for the bottomless mimosas and buffet brunch. We were seated outside the place is absolutely beautiful with a view of the golf course and its completely shaded from the sun. We picked our entree an eggs Benedict and a acai bowl, then got up to get food from the buffet. There wasn't much of a selection only cheese and meats. I did like the peeled shrimp and crab claws that was a nice surprise, but the buffet could've used a couple more offerings. A couple mixed salads would've been nice. When we get back to our seats we had our mimosa waiting but no water. We were there for a couple of hours and only got mimosas, the last one we had to chase them down for. We brunch often at different places and love when they just keep filling our glass over and over without us having to ask, I mean it is bottomless. Our server was MIA for most of the time. We had to ask passing servers or busboys for water. The mimosas stopped being served at and our glasses had been empty for some time before that. While my boyfirend and i were talking they took the acai bowl which we hadn't eaten it was full, it had just melted a bit with the heat. We hadn't noticed and they didn't ask if we were done. I said excuse me to a server who wasn't ours he turned around looked at me and kept walking. He never came back to see what i wanted. During all this a table of teen boys got up twice to ask for their server they had been seated for over minutes and no one had attended them. When i saw a server i said excuse me FOUR TIMES he turned around and i told him about the mimosas. My boyfriend went inside to complain as well. I believe our server was about to end her shift and didn't want to work so got lost for the first half of our meal. Then clocked out towards the ending of our meal and we had no other server willing to pay attention to us

The ambiance was nice and service was excellent. The biggest disappointment was there was no kids menu and the food is definitely not kid friendly, although my kids are not picky eaters and generally eat what we eat. They ended up leaving the restaurant hungry and this was my kids bday, we were celebrating at tidal cove water park. How do you have a restaurant next to the kids park and not offer anything for the kids is beyond me.. food generally was ok but way over seasoned and over thought. Was hard to test the ingredients with so much seasoning and overcooking. I will definitely not return. Service was excellent though

Great brunch at CORSAIR. Server was fantastic and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Food was delicious and they were able to accommodate multiple food allergies and restrictions with a smile

for a six star hotel the food was regular.nothing to brag about
