What's good? 1. The best part: So many options to customize your entree. The variety of ingredients is so wide--sure to please all taste buds. I personally appreciate the healthy options... less processed... less fried. 2. Interior dining area is modern and bright. Looks great! 3. Friendly service on multiple visits. What's bad? 1. Congested area. Tight getting in and out of this area. 2. No soft drinks. Not a problem for me, but just a heads up for others. Overall: This joint is one of my favorite places to grab a bite. Vegetarian options: Tons of non-meat ingredients to choose from. I appreciate the tofu being baked instead of fried. Parking: The parking lot accommodates the area, but it's very congested.

The food is the freshest you can find in a fast, to-go format. Everything is flavorful and delicious and the staff is always nice and gets your order together quickly. Adjust your hours. Drove all the way from the other side of Louisville to eat here and they’re “closed due to short staffing”. Service: 1
