Coop Deville - Table reservation

This is not a review of food because food was always great. However, this is a review about your manager Brian. I fully understand the policy presented and it was frustrating, but still understandable. What I won't understand is how I went into this facility after I got to the phone with BRIAN and overheard him talking about me to other customers. He had no idea that I was the woman on the phone he had just talked to, but talked to the other customers about it? I had. Very unprofessional and was indeed caught. Even the staff had the second hand embarrassment when I said the lady you are? re sit here talk about is me? It literally had NOT to do with them and should not have been discussed.

Your service is incredibly slow, how ridiculously slow? I called at 3:34 to put an order for a simple chicken salad I didn't get until 4:00? the salad had only bacon, cheese and chicken and I was the only order at that time and it took 30 minutes. I ordered wings twice and every time it takes almost 45 minutes, just to make an 8 piece. Coop deville on West Thomas is crazy slow for literally no reason.

BEST WINGS IN LOUISIANA ! I can choose between 40 different sauces and they have great sandwiches and salads too! Love their appetizers and drink specials

I just love the wings! Every time I come to town I get wings via the awesome drive thru service.
