This place is an absolute JOKE. The line is always out of the door because the employees are currently chatting there. I ordered that the pick-up had to wait 10 minutes for our order, only that the ice is completely melted when it handed it to us. I also ordered a waffle shell for my ice cream and didn't get it. I called immediately and mentioned this, but they said they have no waffle shells (even if I paid extra for it). You told me if I wanted a refund I would have to get back in and pay for what makes no sense. Customer service was an absolute hone and they tried to enlighten me in thinking that it was not ordered by their location. You said I could leave a message for the manager. I hope this place goes out of business and a business with a better customer service will find its place.
I wanted to treat my little boy with ice cream tonight, the hours said they were closed at 9:30, we were closed at 9:05. Workers still inside. We weren't the only ones who either moved another couple to us.
Order the Nintendo Special and it was really delicious! The staff was polite and patient.
