Cold Stone Creamery

Spent over $100 on a large cake. Drove home 10 minutes and found the cake split down the middle. Called and spoke with the store owner. I was simply asking for a partial refund considering the cake is not presentable as we had expected. Instead of meeting me in the middle, the store owner accused me of carrying the cake incorrectly and driving without the air conditioning on (both of which is not true). She did offer to fix the icing, but at the cost of me driving it back and forth. I explained this was not an option since I needed the cake first thing in the morning. Terrible customer service. Now I need to contact Cold Stone corporate. I've purchased this same sized cake from a different location in the past, and this problem never happened.

No samples! Came here with kids who had not decided what they want. Turned out these guys don't give out samples anymore. The last time we were here their prices seemed to be higher than other cold stone stores .. looking through reviews here seems like owner is not interested in addressing concerning reviews here!Edit..aah forgot to mention we were the only people in store

Worker on 5/16 5:56 was rude on the phone. Refused to give managers name, business contact or when they would be in next then hung up on me.
