So I gave this a two star because I love the ice cream. The service however is lacking which normally wouldn 't mean much when it 's such a quick in and out process. I ordered the everybody 's size, their largest size, because I like to have a little bit at a time and it lasts me a long time. Not this time. When I got home and opened my carton I realized that the young lady serving me only filled my carton halfway. It is $15 for this carton and she filled it HALFWAY. I don 't care about the money, I care about the principal. If you order a rack of ribs at a restaurant and get a half rack you would say something. On top of it I tipped her very generously because I respect the fact that they have to physically mix the ice creams for everyone and most likely aren 't compensated by others very well. So I will continue to go to this location, but I will make sure that I do not order from this girl again. It 's pure laziness and disregard for customer service. Cold stone you make great ice cream, but need to work on your employees actually giving the customer the product that they ordered!
pour customer service, great product. I brought it to a worker's attention, there was a pricediscretion on the door the app. a 2 dollar difference. I told her that it is not included in the tax, delivery fee or drinking money. she was rude and pretended she didn't care. I went the day before and ordered the same and the ice was 2 cheaper. I asked to talk to a manager or if I could make a few toppings make the difference, but the employee was still in the position to help.
The customer service was awful. Me and my husband come in all the time and this was the first time the workers were extremely rude. All young girls. She barely put any in my cup and when we asked her to actually fill the cup up she gave attitude and said that's a kids scoop. I've never had such awful service before. They all were mostly standing around laughing and just being immature. The one girl who checked us out was nice but other than that we won't be back.
I would highly suggest their signature ice creams. The staff is very nice. They also work very fast. I posted a picture of the statues in front using a 360 camera. All in all, it is a great place to go. The family loves this place. It is a nice special treat after dinner. If you are in the area, it is well worth stopping by for delicious ice cream.
