how lubec brewing the menu here seems to change frequently. in the night we stopped, I was excited to see a lentilsweet potato pancake on the menu in the window. it turned out that the vegan cake was gone (replaced by bark) and that the menu in the window was from the night before. drat! it was a disappointment, as the definitiw was described the most interesting court. we ended up with the Portobello sandwich (without feta would be vegan) to launch the 3 cheese ravioli and a garden salad. I would say that the highlight was actually the salat, as it had a nice selection of fresh, tasty sweets, including tasteful tomats that is always a good sign. Apart from that, there was a grilled veggie plate with hummus (I make this much too home), a vegan hot dog and the impossibility of burger. as someone who is committed to eating very sustainable, not only veg, I would never order the impossibility of burger, whose manufacturer proudly declares that genetic engineering is an essential part of our mission and our product make them a delicious black bohnenburger from all ingredients in-house and I would be happy to order it! Maybe if you stay in in inn and alert the owners before the time, could they be safe to have it in the restaurant if they just go through, I would check the menu here and at lubec brewing to see what they both offer this day. from a meal in every operation I give the definitiw eating at lubec brewing higher brands, but they are generally more expensive, so it is probably best to find out the right balance for their belly/rolls.
