Coco Loco - Table reservation

We took my Mother out for her favorite Mexican food for Mother's Day. She loves tostadas, but these were so soggy she couldn't even pick them up. when we told the waiter he said sorry about that and walked away without even addressing this. My sister and I got patito's and they too were soggy not crisp like they should be. I have been to the Coco Loco in Bay City and had excellent service and food. when I complained to the front desk person he said sorry about that,I'm just a waiter. No help from the staff at all. Needless to say my family will not be back!

we chose my mother for her favorite Mexican kitchen for Mother's Day. She loves tostadas, but they were so angry that she couldn't even pick her up. when we told the waiter, he said sadly about it and went away without discussing it. my sister and I have terraces and they were also as cheeky, not as crisp as they should be. I was at the coco loco in bay city and had excellent service and eating. When I complained about the recipe, he said I'm sorry, I'm just a waiter. no help from the personal. of course my family will not be back!

Expensive for quantity of food Fajita salad was the size of a side dinner salad. No drink menu with prices waiter was not familiar of happy hour specials, so how did we know if we got happy hours prices? House margaritas were sweet and weak. Will not go back.
