This is literally the SLOWEST location I?ve ever been to! I put in an online order around 11:15. I arrived around 11:30. I didn?t walk out with my order until 11:45. From time of order, that makes 30 minutes. I didn?t mind so much waiting that long as I know all the smoothies are made fresh right there but what was upsetting is that they started working on several walk in orders and got those folks in and out within minutes while I ordered ahead and had to wait longer than they did. This is my second bad experience with this location. I only went back this time with hopes that it would be better. I won?t make the mistake a third time.
I?ve always been happy with what I?ve ordered from Clean Juice. I appreciate their vegan options and the organic, fresh ingredients. However, the prices are outrageous, especially for the sizes being a bit on the smaller side. I can?t justify spending $10+ for a smoothie and $15+ for an açaí bowl. I wish they were more affordable so I could be a more regular customer instead of only being able to treat myself once in a while! Sadly, this chain seems to only cater to the wealthier individuals.
Terrible! We went in and waited patiently to be waited, and they did their best to ignore us and pretend to have been there: An employee was busy filling an order while the other with their dishes with back to us paid customers are waiting patiently there to be served. Never said anything and then the one who already worked on an order to fill an online order that came while we stood there BEFORE the people are there patient! Only incredibly poor customer service :
This place is great! I love avocado toast and theirs is one of the best I?ve had. Also, the owner and staff are so friendly! After I accidentally placed an order online and did not pick it up, the owner offered to replace the meal the next day at no extra charge (even though it was my fault! . I love the food smoothies and love the hospitality of the owner and staff even more! As long as I?m in Glen mills, I will go to clean juice!
