I was so psyched to check out this place after pouring over their website and online menu! But on a quiet Sunday night we were quoted a 10 minute wait. After 30 minutes, we left. No food. No apologies from staff. Rude and disrespectful staff members ruined our experience. No one cared about our wait while staff moved at a snail’s pace. They won’t let anyone inside the store (masked or not) so we stood in the cold. Stay home. Save your money. Check out another place in the area. I wish I could review their food but we never got it. And there was no manager on site. Isn’t that odd? I think whoever was managing didn’t want to deal with a customer’s inquiries about the whereabouts of their order.
Have enjoyed the quality of the food here for years, but their customer service has really gone downhill. There's discrimination with their customers and although I would like to rate five stars for the quality of their product, a recent experience with a friend visiting from the UK leaves a one star rating based on how they value and treat their customers alone. Kindly note this is specific to the Berkeley location. I will likely never return if I do it will be solo for one last try before I look elsewhere for vegan desserts permanently.
only 45 minutes wait for them to fill my order. I received a text that said that my order was ready, went into her guy/girl at the front and still said that they did it. it came to the point where I said f. my job break off and I went to jack in the box for a milkshake. I've never seen anyone who wants to be a woman, so bad moves so slowly. should hire real women and not want them.
Honestly... the cinnamon roll itself is unforgettable... super standard and the texture was just like plain bread and lacking cinnamon flavor... the toppings were good (I liked the cookie dough, pumpkin cheesecake was straight sugar). Service was unfriendly and slow... you will get yelled at for not wearing a mask just fyi. Not sure why this place is so popular... mehhhh
