We had a large order to place 40 tenders, biscuits and fries . We had tried calling multiple times to place the order ahead of time but no one ever answered. So we went ahead and drove up and placed our order in the drive thru. I could tell our order probably took them off guard and overwhelmed them since it was a lot of food. But they did fulfill our order pretty quickly! Our food was great and delicious! I only took off a star since nobody answered the phone. If we had been able to place the order over the phone ahead of time, I know it wouldn't have taken them off guard so much.
Why you say you have a 25 minute wait for chicken. Don't you sell chicken? Won't be there ever again. Don't go there, unless you got lots of time to waste. I'll spread the word, believe me.
Them getting my order wrong is my fault awful customer service and they take for ever and barely have any business go up the street to Popeyes instead
The chicken strips tasted like they were cooked with plastic... As if there was a weird chemical on them. I will never eat at church's chicken again.
