We had never been to Chulo before. We found it on Open Table as one of the few places that had a table available at on Valentine's Day.It took a little while to be seated as the restaurant was quite busy, but they did honor the reservation by seating us ahead of another couple who got there first but did not have a reservation.Service was slow. It took some time before we ordered cocktails and even longer before they served them. Once dinner arrived, the food was excellent. Prices are very reasonable and were not jacked up with a special holiday menu. The waitstaff was very friendly, and I have no complaints about the service other than it was slow. We'll try them again on a less busy day. Along with being Valentine's Day, it was also a Friday, and the other guests were mainly in large groups rather than couples.I think the Nepali music was quite good, though somewhat hard to hear because of the general noise level. We will definitely recommend Chulo and plan on returning, possibly with friends
