When I first came in, although I was the only customer in the store, it took almost 5 minutes that I was recognized and served. My brown rice was boiled and even a little crisp. My chip bag was 75% crumbs. My Guac was only 3/4 of the way full and it also had a piece of avocado skin in it (at least they use real avocados?? My chicken Burrito had three chicken stables in it? I can forgive a random one here or there, but three in a single burrito let me stop eating. So disappointing, and now a little to the Chipotle for a while.
The in-store wait is HORRIBLE. You sit and watch them make orders for online orders. It seems like every 30 online orders they make they'll take one person's order who's waiting in the store line. Whichever restaurant starts to Value customers who actually DROVE to their restaurant and waited in-line, will become valuable in customer's eyes. The staff was nice. I think it was corporate policy (greed) to prioritize online orders over those in store. And the Ice Machine didn't work!
I usually eat in Qdoba and decided to give Chipotle an attempt. The restaurant was busy. The restaurant had a basic equipment. The staff was not friendly. The tortilla and the chicken were dried. They had limited choices in sauces and vegetables with Qdoba. The guacamole cost extra. I'd go with Qdoba instead of Chipotle.
I made Chipotle from this place and asked for extra rice on my order as I usually do. That's what I got from them. Not only was my bowl incorrect ingredient wise, it was literally 1/3 of a bowl. Why someone thought that was acceptable is absolutely beyond me. You made me so dirty.
