Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have been to this chipotle 3 times and they have never had their **** together. Disorganized, slow, and not consistent. Today I order a steak burrito with double everything at 10:30am to be picked up at 11am, it took them until 11:15am to even start this order. The pick up area is a massive cluster, no signs or lines indicating where people should go. Pick up orders are never on the shelf but must be delivered by one of the cooks.After i picked up I pulled a sorry excuse of a burrito that is half the size of any respectable burrito. Then I bit into it and discovered why it was so small, they didn't put any rice in it, I ordered double brown rice, there was also NO CHEESE???? I ordered double as well. Seriously one of the worst Chipotle experiences near KC. I will not be back ever.

No knowk on the kids working there. Why do they allow you to order online but can't tell you in real time what's available. I ordered a veggie bowl only to find out they were out of veggies. Then was only comped a free drink. I would have save my Money without the reason for me going. Bad business!

Anybody that lives in the Belton/Raymore area, this Chipotle is by far better than the Belton Chipotle. Make the drive here, you will not be disappointed.
