very slow staff, all were as if we weren't there. the casser went back and left me for 2min while they filled up salt. I didn't even say a word. the two managers of the work line had nothing to consider. You didn't even give me a whole steak and I know I'm working on a chipotle. when I asked for more, because it was not a full part, the worker said nothing and rolled her eyes on me. (I had to ask from another worker because the manager went immediately after the scooping) when the cashier returned from the filling of salt and finally checked me out, they asked me what I had because she had gone and no one labeled it. I said steak and then she asked one of the manager when it was a double and she answered, I guess not then rolled her eyes two! the restaurant wasn't even busy. there were only 4 customers in the line. I understand if people have bad days at work. Me too. but that was incredible. they were all rude, slow and unprofessional. I know my manager would never deal with such things. no wonder that this restaurant has such low reviews.
Ordered Safrito and it was delicious. Love it. Fast service. Efficient employees. Well served. We want to come back. Our order is paid by the next person and thank the couple for it. I wish they could serve the fish. Would the management recommend thinking about it. it would be great.
this place usually moves quite slowly. they could only be a little understated, I feel like they could benefit from only one person who sometimes works the line. either is eating what they expect, and the only time I didn't get what I was expecting when they were out of something.
I and my wife went and they were busy when we had ordered that they had no steak, then no cheese. That was good, but angry. we ordered chicken balls, what they've ever had, for blows. when we went to our hotel and opened it was someone else's job. very annoying.
