Guess I should have looked at reviews before trying this location again. A couple months back ordered door dash from this location and my wife?s burrito bowl was literally swimming in bean juice. Ordered ahead on the app today and was extremely disappointed to open the container and see I paid almost $14 for this. It?s like they put in 1/4th a scoop of rice, 1/2 scoop of steak, and the guacamole was almost non-existent, however they piled on the sour cream! Don?t think I?ll give this location another shot anytime soon for order ahead?.
If you order the delivery from this place, it is wrong. I tried several times and every time they screw up my order. This time I got Pinto instead of black beans. Instead of white rice, I don't have rice, and there is so much bean juice in the bowl it is thrown out of the bowl into the bag. Even if I want to eat it, it's like a disgusting soup. I'm going to this place and everything's good. Whoever starts here to meet here does a terrible job.
Eating is always great, but no quick option. You seem pretty busy when I visit. It's worth it. Ordering online was a problem for us as someone took our food. The manager complained that it had happened several times. The pick-up area for going must be in a better location. What should be a quick pick-up for us on the way to the hospital was almost 20 minutes just waiting for our food to be restored.
Just like all other reviews and my previous experiences regarding the portion size in online ordering, the size of burrito was the size a of a tacos (see photo). Not only the Burrito size, but they gave me the wrong meat. Then they tried to correct the situation with an underwhelming offer by a merchant. But I really don't want compensation that I want the location to be better.
