I like the food, tastes good. The portion is inconsistent though like what one other reviewer mentioned. Untidy workplace. There are ten(10) people-5 in the kitchen and 5 counter the last time i was there and i was the only customer and they still didnt get my order right. The cashier also seemed uninterested and felt as if i was interupting his day. i am guessing all staff were under 25 yrs old. They definitely need adult supervision. Very disorganized, far from the organization at the “In and Out” which is more like a ballet. The menu also needs to be more clear. Like somebody from Chipotle corporate should make their menu clearer. The regulars know what they want, but what about the new customers(do you care about getting new customers on board). The menu is somewhat confusing even for someone who’s been coming here every now and then.
Most of the employees was very rude when we were ordering our food. One employee wasn't wearing a hair net, his hair was under the hat but you can still see the hair and everytime he would more his hair would move to. I don't know if his hair was in the food or not. The food was cold plus they said they were out of cheese. The line was all the way around the by the register. I just didn't like the why the employees didn't even says sorry for the wait. We has to wait until they had to finish the online order first. That is why I am not going to give any stars for service.
I see other review a week back that says staff not wearing mask. No change after a week. I just went there and all three folks who were serving food had their mask half way thru down with nose exposed. Their gloves were messy and food was on the chipotle boxes. Medium hot salsa missing so went for mild which was very salty. Update 6/1/22 Gave it a shot again and purchased a burrito and the rice was literally uncooked. What the hell is this place?
Today's lunch I ordered two bowls and one burrito. It was about 12:23 p.m. and I seemed to be in between rushes as there was no wait. This time I did not have to ask for extra chicken in one of the bowls. The cost along with guacamole, chips and a side of queso was about $27.00. (plus tip). In contrast, you can get a breakfast burrito at Safeway for $5.99 each.
