This location is horrible they claim to be short staff, but every business is short staffed at the moment this does not give a business an excuse to have a dirty restaurant, food EVERYWHERE on the counter the floors etc. No napkins, no ice. GREAT way to run a business. Everytime I come into this location and the blonde girl manager is there it?s a mess everywhere the last time she was there they had no meats, and no cilantro in the rice it was just plain rice instead of sitting behind the counter and doing nothing clean and run your store correctly?? instead of the blonde girl being manager they should make the nice young lady with an accent the manager as she was the only one who seemed to be working. Many other people complain about the same thing about this location I am emailing corporate
I don't know what happened today. We arrived shortly after 17 o'clock without line and maybe eat 3 others. All the tables were dirty and garbage full. The food didn't look so fresh, but it was good when we ate it. We started eating and I guess the manager liked a song and turned the volume up and we couldn't really talk about it. This day they didn't take care of customers.
This location has to be the poorest ran Chipotle in Pennsylvania. I love Chipotle food, but this location is awfully managed. They are routinely out of food, never have salad dressing, but today was especially unique. I go into the store and they have a sign ?online orders only?. It amazes me businesses can be run like this and still be successful. Yikes.
There were two people before me, the first review and payment with cash. The girl then continued to take the order of the next person with the same gloves she wore during the treatment of cash. When she came to me, she wanted to make my order, but I asked her to change her gloves because rough.
