Walked in at 8 on a Friday. Empty store, place was filthy. I had ordered ahead on the app. If I hadn't already paid, I would have turned around and walked out. Most tables dirty, all garbages overflowing, no TP or paper towels in the men's room (according to my husband). But the worst was the scraps of food ALL over the counter and prep area. The carne asada was so tough that I couldn't eat it. They ran out of fajita veggies. I complained on the app and got 2 free entrees but I'm not going back to that restaurant! I would have preferred a refund.
This is place is a mess. Both times we have been there, food is all over the counter and floor, ingredients are out -no veggies, no corn, no guacamole! I understand being short staffed but a good manager could help this place a lot!Vegetarian options: No veggies available
The best Chipotle I’ve been to in the area. Very respectful and friendly team members. It was very clean and favorable portions ??! I have never done a review because I look for consistency, and this location nailed it.
My order was 30 minutes late, the dinning area was dirty and disorganized. My order was also made wrong. This is the first bad experience I’ve had at a chipotle very disappointing.
