We had to wait 15 minutes before we even got to put an order in. Eventually, when the order came it did not come out as it should’ve. It was all wrong, the food was cold. It got sent back twice because they brought out the wrong things, in the wrong order. When they managed to get it correct, everybody was eating on their own because the wrong food was brought out at the wrong time. It also took 15 minutes to get one ice cream out of the freezer, of which they dropped on the floor and had to replace. After being in the restaurant for two and a half hours, and asking for the bill, there wasn’t even any discount. After arguing with the manager and staff, a discount of €3 was issued. My advice to anyone going to this restaurant, don’t.
A Great location and always busy. I have used this restaurant for over 7 years, and (a) The food choice has many of the British Greats which makes this a very busy restaurant. (b) Don't expect to get instant service, (c) Expect to have to catch some ones attention for additional service if you are in a rush or 1 hour turnaround. If you don't mind sitting down for a good couple of hours to enjoy your food then no issue. The Spanish are more laid back and in no especial rush. After years in Spain I am now one of them lol and thus the slow service is not an issue. This chinese restaurant is among my top 3 for the coastal region of murcia.
This place seems to attract very different reviews. However my experiences here have only ever been very good. The food was excellent quality and reasonably priced. Service was friendly although rather slow to be fair they were very busy at this Service. The only real downside was the heat inside! they have aircon and obviously decided not to overuse it! We all know electricity costs have risen and there is a need for them to keep operating costs down, but even 5 degress less would have really worked better.
Been here a few times since I moved to the area last summer; never had any issues. Latest visit though revealed a large beer now equals a 300ml glass. Sorry but this is no longer LARGE! It's less than a small tin! Kinda ruined my experience on this occasion tbh and given we have to drive to get there, we have other (Chinese) restaurants closer where a large beer IS...a large beer.
