This review is a shout out to Toni, who was our server last night. I’ve gotten really lazy with writing reviews but her service was so above par that I’m really hoping management sees this. She is so so professional, kind, and considerate. You can just tell she really enjoys serving others, and I don’t think there was even a moment where any of us were like, wait we need this or we’re missing something. Everything we needed and had asked for was right there, and she truly went above and beyond to make sure our table was happy. She’s a hard worker and can I just say, I found it amazing that she had the energy to do what she does on the regular on a Thursday night, from the time we joined our party around 10pm till we left after 11pm. Being that that is well past my usual bedtime, I have so much respect and appreciation for the way she carried herself and the fact that she added to the positive energy of our group of friends just made it a cherry on top. Side note: this was my first time going to any Chili’s restaurant. So thank you so much Toni for a great first timer experience for me and my husband! Also, note to management: if Toni asks for a one billion dollar raise/bonus (cue in Dr. Evil’s pinky), please give it to her cuz she rocks!!!!! I mean PLEASE!!!!! She is such an awesome human!!!
Chili's took care of us after a bad experience at Friday's (I have a review on that). They were crowded and had a waiting list and even though we had a large group they made sure to sit us as quickly as possible. We experienced great service from beginning to end. The drinks came out moments after the order was placed. Chips and dip were brought moments after that and the food was not too far behind. The food was delicious. The waitress went out of her way to make sure the kids were happy. She brought over extra tablets from other tables and gave one to each for use without charge. Whenever I'm looking to eat in this area, I'll be going to Chili's.
We have been coming here for about the last 17 years. During all that time I can't think of a single time I had a horrible meal here. Food has always been consistent and a good value. The only complaint I could even have was back on Christmas Eve we went here for lunch and the waitress was more worried about add on and trying to up our bill then taking care of us. All that being said that was only one experience of countless times going here so I will call this a solid choice in the Middletown area.
Fast service. We got the deal where you get a drink, salad, entree, and dessert for $10. Super great deal! The salad is a bit small but sufficient. Burger and chicken fingers were yummy!
