Chick-fil-a - Table reservation

The food we received at Chick-fil-A was just as delicious as usual. However, we faced some issues during our visit. Despite waiting for 10 minutes, we were informed that it would take another 15 to 20 minutes for our Mac and cheese. As we didn't have the time to wait, they offered us a large fry instead. Unfortunately, they also forgot to include the 6-pack of cookies, the gluten-free bun for my wife's chicken sandwich, and the two orders of fruit for our kids. By the time we reached our hotel, it was too late to return for the missing items. What we had hoped would be a quick and enjoyable meal for our family turned out to be a disappointing experience overall. We also had dietary restrictions that were not accommodated as they forgot our gluten-free bun.

Stopped in for lunch at 10 AM. The young lady with the braids was complaining that people called out after processing my transaction. There was no hello no thank you, she didn’t seem like she wanted to be there with an angry disposition .I’m sitting here now waiting for fast food, which is taking almost 10 minutes. Chick-fil-A in my town always says thank you and my pleasure with a smile.This location needs new employees desperately.

Came here on 1/12/2024 around 4pm. It's ghetto to say the least. Customer service playing around, talking loud, not attentive at all, ice cream area was discombobulated, tables and chairs were dirty. I would rather go the extra miles to the one in East Norriton. I will never come here again.

Worst chic fil a I ever been to. Hard to believe it's part of the chain. Disorganized mess. Drive as far as you need to to find another store.

This crew works fast and gets the order right the first time. Not as expensive as other fast food places. Great place for a quick bite.
