What's there to say? It's a chain restaurant. It behaves like all chains do. Some are worse than others. Some are better. There will never really be a 5 star level of service, but sometimes it can be awesome. This one was kinda average. Nothing stood out except the log wait. I blame the pandemic and short staffed issues. Pay your employees better please. Bring back curbside delivery as well.
Landed at DFW airport a little late (after 9p), but was hungry and had no idea what to eat. Saw Chick fila line at about 9:45p, decided to stop by. Even tho they closed at 10p and the line was backed up in the street, we were met with excellent attitudes, got a chance to look over the menu, and drove off with delicious cood by time they closed!
