Yesterday I went in for lunch, very disappointed to see a homeless person at the door smoking. Then, when I received my food to sit on a high top right in front of me was the homeless person that came in, along with another homeless person drinking only water! I support the need to assist homeless people. My concern is I don’t need to be stared down by homeless people when I am a paying customer in a private establishment. I felt very uncomfortable. I mentioned this issue to the staff member who took my order. He is either a supervisor or manager on duty. He disregarded what I said, as if he didn’t hear me.!!! This policy has to change, otherwise I will not be coming back to Chick-fil-A in the future.
