Waited longer than I should have for a carry out order placed long before arrival.. Received 4 packets of sauce for 2 family sized nugget orders.. my $8 chicken sandwich had half the size of the chicken breast that typically comes on chick fil asandwiches? along w 2 butts of a tomato lol. No straws either for any of the drinks. After probably 100 visits at Chick-fil-A, Imust say, this one was quite disappointing. For myself and others the food was purchased for. Will not be returning to thislocation.
I'm done with this place. This is the 3rd time they've messed up my order. I had to eat a salad without dressing today because they forgot it, AGAIN. Fine, it's just dressing, but the point is that if I'm spending nearly 20 dollars on a mediocre salad Ican make myself, a teeny shake, and a fountain drink, then you better get it right. I didn't' pay for food I have to take homeand add to in order to make it edible. Get it together.
I always have excellent customer service and tonight was no different. 6min wait on mac n chz. Ok no problem just throw fries in I'm easy... The guy was super polite and insisted on giving me my money back for the mac n chz. GREAT JOB handling the entiresituation!!!
These guys are ridiculously busy all the time but, the systems they have in place work well and they get you through quickly. The food is always hot, fresh and has never disappointed. 10/10
