I recently started going to the Gibson location and thought the last few pizzas were pretty solid. Don't want to get anyone in trouble, but tonight's was a disaster. I placed an order online and for some reason there were some technical difficulties and I was told it would be just a few minutes (things happen, I understand). I waited for just under 10 which leads me to believe they scrambled to make my order as quick as possible. The gentleman helping me was nice enough, but the pizza I got was ridiculous. Based on my previous experience, I wouldn't even think this food came from the same place if I hadn't picked it up myself (I used to pick up a lot from the Eubank location and I'm pretty familiar with the product). All I ordered was a 14 pepperoni, and pictured is what I received. Never had the pepperonis under the cheese before. And just tons of cheese. The mess on top just falls off because it wasn't cooked very well. If I already had to wait, it should have at least been done right. Never had one from Chicago Pizza Kitchen like this before. I'm pretty understanding and hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel pretty burned on this one.

It's not a Chicago pizza. I ordered a deep dish and it was ready in 10 minutes? How is this possible when it is fresh dough and ingredients? It can't. This is the whole way frozen. If I order a pizza in the east of Geno in Chicago, it takes at least 35 to 45 minutes to get to the table. The business also claims to be owned by Veteran, but I couldn't get a veteran discount. The owner always responds to reviews with Flippant answer and assumes no responsibility. I guarantee he'll blame everyone else. Read all reviews and you will understand. The worst Domino pizza is better than this terrible place in the worst part of Albuquerque. If a sign on the door says that the owner is armed and protect the property at all costs is a good note. I recently moved here and had no idea. Stay away. I expect the owners negative answer as his ego cannot stop him on the basis of the reviews. And someone has an old pink country rover.

This was the place we choose for 4th of July that was open till 10pm. We are glad we choose this place because the pizza and salad were fresh. The hot wings were decent and nothing to brag. However, the pizza, bread sticks and salad were on point. They offered wide varieties of selections and sizes. Just the perfect portions for each selection. I will definitely be returning again. Great customer service.

10/2021: Ordered take-out for friends; Loved it; very filling and definitely deep dish. Will order again. Drive through wasn't too long of a wait Business is Veteran Owned and, yes, I did get my Veteran's discount. Even got to speak with the Veteran's family. Enjoy.. ..
