After we had heard so much good about "chez sara" we wanted to make ourselves a picture of it. In the evening we were the first guests in the restaurant thereby we had the free space choice. first impression was the nice and lovingly furnished restaurant.What I found very great that you have both "a la carte" and various menus to choose from. we both decided for the 4-course menu.As 1. we had foie gras and jakobsmuschel in champagnesoße and then as between avocadotartar and lachstatar. the appetizers were very delicious and we were looking forward to the next floor. as a main dish we had the milklamcarree and the bark fillet. the flesh was just amazing and the socks exceptional. both the service and the chef personally asked us if everything tastes.The desserts were then the crowning conclusion.The service was very attentive and the matching wein recommendation was Top.We spent 3 hours there. the time should be taken. price performance ratio was very appropriate for an upscale restaurant.Government in everything it was for us 2 a very successful evening.I as a ulmer am always happy when there is a new starting point in the region.We come back in each case.Au revoir
