while we visited this busy city, we were desperately looking for a place to lunch around 1pm, as most restaurants were quite crowded. we came over this and although everyone was occupied, the dinge moved quickly and we hoped for a place. after approx. 15 minutes waiting period was provided a table, we sat and menus were presented, and drinks served a beautiful tasting local wine. we decided to share the local speciality baeckeoff, it was served by the cook itself, a very pleasant young man. the meal was absolutely devine and we ate every delicious morsel. we loved the ambiente there, a very cozy, picturesque room with a small bar, everyone naturally relaxing and enjoy their meal. it looks as if the restaurant is run by a young couple, cook with it and they run the front, both very efficient and very busy. we noticed that they closed the restaurant around 14 o'clock.

a cheap lunch of local specialties of quiche lorraine and a toured au riesling. each came with very beautiful salates and were not great portions. the person who served us was a little curt in our opinion, although not unpleasant nobody has seen. something around, so maybe she was just a bit under pressure? although the service was efficient enough. All right.

we invited to lunch while we visit riquewihr (a beautiful little town). we had both different versions of tarte flambé and both were very good. a beautiful restaurant with pleasant staff. treppen zum wc are very steep, so no good for all with...mobility ask.

The owner is unfriendly. The food is really bad and expensive .The room is dirty and cold in freezing days.The dirty toilettes are outside. Finally They don't accept credit cards!!

we had a cheap meal with sufficient service and a good selection of local specialties e g flammkuchen here . the local weine are of course a must and the ambiente was pleasant
