Casey's - Table reservation

Idk, who hires the branch leaders in the area, but they just won me as a regular. Christina made the best cake donut I had for years from this store. Bkfast Pizza was also amazing! Thomas (store manager) has the store in great shape, and everyone seems their roles and what they expect, and what is not. Years ago, I worked there and it was totally crazy, terrible administration to the area manager. The last two managers I remember were Ron-duh and Amber. I don't want to say negative things so I can tell the truth. They were bullies. Two middle-aged women who needed control themselves. We couldn't even hold a donut manufacturer or a cashier because of their childish misconduct. The sad thing is that it was so obvious that customers noticed... And they thought they were sweet. I had to stop admitting it was too embarrassing to whom I worked. Today I saw a COMPLETE TURNAROUND!!!! I MEAN, WOW. I dropped $33 in there for breakfast and come back next weekend. I changed my opinion about Caseys in Mattoon, bravo!!!

Excellent customer service and very tasty pizza, did not make the Casey's way staff. That's what every man should do. Maybe the company should have this place, it's other shops. Great work on the management team in this place.

Very reliable and venerable during the pandemic. Also a great location. I recommend Taco Pizza! Or the pizza. Doghnuts are beautiful. And they are very clean and very serviceable. Thank you Thomas and Caseys General Crew.

I like Caseys! Fresh donuts every morning and dinner when Villa is closed Caseys Pizza is the next best thing.
