Today was my Daughters 27th Birthday and we made RESERVATIONS for 6:00p.m. TODAY. When we arrived at 5:55p.m. the RESERVATION had been given to a Baby Shower. Not only was this a HUGE INCONVENIENCE it was also a HUGE Let Down for My Daughter and also, because of the staff member who originally made the RESERVATION MESSING UP, Molcajetes MISSED OUT on a MORE than $250.00 PAYOUT PLUS TIP!!!!!! Way to MESS UP Molcajetes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Next time we think about doing something Special and think we might like to GIVE OUR BUSINESS to your establishment...........You can BET WILL THINK AGAIN and go ELSEWHERE!!! As for rating your establishment, I WISH there were a way to give Negative 5 stars because after what was done to our Family today March 28, 2015, when a RESERVATION was made.
Don't be fooled by the outside. The inside is nicely decorated. Great customer service and amazing food. The oysters are to die for. My boyfriend took me here for my birthday and if I'm ever back in that area I will be going here again.
