Hemos estado yendo a Casa Barrosa por más de 10 años, lugares e instalaciones idílicas. Los nuevos propietarios marcan muy altos estándares en términos de la atención, calidad del producto y preparación de los platos, estos se preparan principalmente con productos Km0. Para felicitar de nuevo a todo el equipo, y especialmente a Sofía, su atención es inmejorable, la calidad humana de esta persona para nosotros es admirable, una pérdida de bondad, esfuerzo, trabajo y sacrificio. En esta ocasión visité Casa da Barrosa con mi socio, bien aconsejado que pidamos 2 entradas y un segundo. Comenzamos con algunas croquetas de cecina en las que la intensidad de la cecina le dio un sabor espectacular, navajas a la placa especiada en su punto con aceite de calidad. Segundo secreto ibérico de acornios, con papas y pimientos de Padrón, abundante y sabrosa ración. Todos acompañados por el vino Albariño Casa da Barrosa premiaron recientemente una medalla de oro en la degustación internacional Bacchus 2023. Para los postres nos dejamos aconsejar por Sofía, poner el broche final con una tarta de natillas y chocolate, y un pastel de chocolate y queso de trufa hecho por ella que nos conquistó. En general para nosotros un 10, recomendado 100%.
The place is beautiful. There are two inner living rooms, a terrace in an outdoor patio to eat, an area to vermut with view the vineyards and finally a fantastic area for drinks. in case it's little you have a children's area that parents always appreciate. the meat is matured 15 days of camera told us, the chroma is brutal,! has a taste that is not always the usual, we also ask for razors, super rich, all with the wine of the house... very well. fast, very good treatment, always super attentive. We started taking a vermouth in the vineyard area. very good price quality ratio. you notice the change of management. they reopened two weeks ago... but very well. we'll be back!
We had already been told by the Asturian friends we were going with but the expectations were even greater... the terrace to eat precious, the most delicious food and the unbeatable treatment... all... from the maitre, tino that is a professional, to ramon and of course blond and sophia that made us be at home... we took after eating the cup in the area that have back chili out looking at the vineyards. The children have a play area. We will definitely repeat!
