First time trying carvers, I ordered the 48.00 ribeye that had a great flavor but was a thin cut like you buy at grocery store. I ordered steak fries instead of a baked potato and they came out cold and tuff like they had been sitting out long time. I advised waitress of it and she took them and had them back in 5 minutes and they tasted like they just put them back in deep fryer to warm up. My wife ordered the prime rib 44.00 and it came out cold. She ask them if they could warm it up and they did same thing with her prime rib brought it back in 5 warm not hot. I would not recommend this place , we spent total 131.00 for awful food expecting for the money great dining experience and food.
Had dinner here tonight with a friend. The filet was one of the best I’ve had and it was cooked perfectly at medium rare. The spinach artichoke dip was great as as appetizer. The wine and service were very good. My friend ordered the cedar plank salmon and said it was delicious. I’ve since ordered it too. I eat all the time. It comes with a sauce on the side that is crave worthy. Most nights they have live entertainment which is nice. The service is great and the manager is super sweet!! I tell all my family and friends to eat here when in town. No one has been disappointed yet!
My family I traveled from Louisiana with the expectations of eating here our last night. They explained they were out of a lot food choices but we chose to stay. The waiter spilled drink on my Mom, bypassed our table several times then got my order wrong. The service was horrible BUT the manager compensated for our loss and also waited our table. I must say the hostess and the manager saved our night. If it wasn’t for them it would have been a HORRIBLE experience. But the atmosphere and the food was a 10/10
Just Meh. Watched the host, and two servers debate for 2 minutes who would actually serve us. Service was extremely slow. *don't think it was necessarily the server. Confusion over drinks and who was responsible. Refills were slow, food was even slower (50 minutes from order to table). Pricing is pretty high for quality of food. Food was decent quality though. A smallish sirloin for $21 was the better option than a $48 ribeye.
